5th August 2025
Avenues and Autism Hampshire are building a new strategy - and we’re doing it together, with the voices of people we support, our staff, and our wider community.
Including Autism Hampshire, the new strategy will look ahead and decide what’s most important over the next five years.
It will guide the work we do and the values we stand for.
To make sure it reflects what really matters to the people connected to Avenues, we’re developing this strategy in partnership with the people we support, families, staff, and volunteers.
We want the strategy to be more than a plan - we want it to be a shared vision. That’s why we’re asking:
Take part in one of our Coproduction Strategy Days
One way to get involved is by joining one of our Coproduction Strategy Days in September - dedicated sessions for people we support, families and colleagues to share ideas and shape the future together.

If you’d like to take part, please contact our coproduction team by Saturday 31 August via paige.andrews@avenuesgroup.org.uk.
If attending in person is difficult for you, please let us know - we’ll do our best to involve you in another way.
Why this matters
This strategy will shape how Avenues and Autism Hampshire supports people, how we work together, and how we build on the strong foundations we already have.
It will also help us respond to the changing world around us.
We want the final strategy to be something everyone can believe in - because it was built together.
