In Proud Partnership with SERT

SERT is a workforce solutions business operating across the UK and Middle East, focused on delivering bespoke services to customers. They specialise in the technology and engineering sectors, working across digital, defence, smart and virtual.

“SERT is proud to be in partnership with Autism Hampshire! Autism Hampshire works tirelessly and admirably to improve the quality of life for autistic people. We work together to continue to create opportunities for autistic people in relation to employment and helping with their fundraising. Over the last few years we have supported events such as abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower, Skydiving and Go Karting team building days. We are excited to see where future developments will lead us thus strengthening our partnership. Together we can make a difference!” – Mark Edwards, CEO at SERT.

How your business can help:

  • Make us your Charity of the Year: we can work together to create an exciting calendar of fundraising events. Our fundraising team will be there every step of the way to support and inspire your fundraising ideas.
  • Fundraising events: take part in one of our corporate golf fundraising days, like our Lawrie McMemeny Golf day, or create one of your own. It’s a great way to raise funds whilst having the opportunity to network with other businesses. We can also coordinate team-building days such as go karting and skydiving.
  • Sponsor one of our events: to enhance your corporate image and create positive news stories for your company. It also creates the opportunity to promote your business to a new target audience.
  • Offer gifts in kind: donating goods/ services which can be used as auction or raffles prizes to generate extra funds at our fundraising events.
  • Training and consultancy: we offer a training course for external organisations, where training is delivered by a qualified and experienced trainer with an employment history of supporting autistic people.
  • Group volunteering: donate your time with team volunteering days. Employers empower your staff to give something back. Some great team-bonding can also be achieved along the way. Contact our team for more information on volunteering.
  • Payroll giving: another easy way to support our charity is through payroll giving. PAYE (Pay As You Earn) is a flexible way to give to a charity of your choice through your salary. Your donation is taken before you pay any tax.

Corporate volunteering

Offering employees a few days of paid leave per year, or organising team volunteering days, can be a great way for employers to empower their staff to give something back. Some great team-bonding can also be achieved along the way. It can improve the image and longevity of your company, to be working for good causes and connecting to your local community.
