Shepherds Down School, Winchester

Shepherds Down School is a primary school for children with special needs. Their main aim is to enable each individual, irrespective of their special need, to develop to their full potential.

The school values an education which encourages children to grow in confidence and become as independent as possible within a positive, secure, safe and caring environment.

Teaching staff work closely with Therapy Services – especially Speech and Language Therapy; Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. These programmes are an integral part of the child’s daily activity.
