Hormones on the Blink hold a monthly meeting, hosted by Spark Community Space in Portsmouth. The group offers a welcoming environment offering peer support for women going through perimenopause / menopause who also have ADHD and/or Autism (whether these are diagnosed or suspected).
There is a £3 charge which covers teas and coffees.
