Launchpad supports people with learning disabilities and autism to take part in community activities in the Havant area.
They offer a range of activities to fill your day, help you learn new skills, grow in confidence and have fun.
They also have a planned programme of activities, which they change regularly based on feedback from people who currently receive support. Here are some of the options:
- Keep fit class at the Bedhampton social hall
- Arts and crafts
- Cooking session
- Running the Blue Moon Cafe: we bake cakes and make tea for people attending the Havant day service
- Visiting the library and learning computer skills
- Badminton and swimming
Participants must be over 18 and have autism or learning disabilities
