Parents behavioural support
I support parents to understand their child’s behaviour and feel more confident in how to respond—without relying on pressure, conflict, or guesswork.
Together, we focus on: What’s really driving your child’s behaviour, how to reduce escalation and overwhelm, and practical strategies that fit your child and your family. This is not about “fixing” your child.
It’s about making sense of what’s happening and finding a way forward that feels realistic and compassionate.
My work is:
Behavioural – grounded in evidence-based understanding
Compassionate & neuroaffirming – behaviour is communication
Trauma-informed – we prioritise safety and connection
Individualised – no one-size-fits-all strategies
I integrate approaches such as:
Behaviour analysis (ABA-informed)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Practical, everyday parenting strategies
The support can be either face-to-face (depending on location) or online.
