The Brockenhurst Gateway Club is a club for young adults aged 16+ with learning difficulties.
The club meets every Thursday, term-time only, to provide fun, social and leisure activities for adults with learning disabilities, aged 16+. The club has a varied programme of art, craft, sports, photography and outings with other Gateway clubs in the New Forest. Around 30 members attend each week with a variety of abilities and disabilities. They aim to cater for everyone to be involved in all the activities, therefore volunteers play a vital role at the club working as a team and with members who attend each week to have fun and form friendships.
