Capable Creatures - Mental Health Peer Support on The Common, Southampton

Dog walkers meet-up for those with a mental health condition.

• Where: Hawthorns, the Common, Southampton
• What: 2 mile walk (approx) on the Common
• When: 11:45 am, every 4th Tuesday of the month
• Cost: £1 towards insurance neessary to hold walk

You don't need to have a dog to come along. A chance to get outdoors, meet and socialise with others with a shared experience & make new friends, find acceptance, have fun, enjoy each others’ company, offer and get support, share knowledge or get support and have your dog socialise with other dogs. Family, personal assistants/carers and support workers are also welcome.Walk on the Common.
