Portsmouth Information, Advice, and Support Service, formerly the Parent Partnership, is a service available to parent/carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, aged 0-25. The support and advice provided is impartial, confidential and free. Advisers will listen to your concerns about special educational needs, disability, EHC plans and other educational queries. The service is statutory and is available to all Portsmouth parents, carers and young people. ‘Parents’ includes all those adults with parental responsibility.
Monday to Friday, 9.30-4 pm, term time only
