The Performing Arts Children’s Charity runs drama workshops for children with disabilities. Through the Performing Arts, they promote independence and self-confidence and help build a brighter future for children with Autism, Down’s syndrome, Hearing Impairment, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. By working together and using role-play, storytelling and shared narratives the children increase their levels of self-confidence and self-esteem. The workshops run locally at:
- Venue: D@rt Centre, Wildern School, Hedge End, Southampton, SO30 4EJ
- Days: Tuesdays during term time
- Time: From 4:30-7 pm
The classes are suitable for 7-19 year olds.
