Spectrum Sisters

Spectrum Sisters is a specialist, female-led service providing comprehensive autism & ADHD assessments & support for women and girls across the UK.

The service specialises in the female presentation of neurodivergence, particularly women and girls who are highly masking or whose autism or ADHD may have previously been missed, misunderstood or attributed to other difficulties. The team is Psychologist-led, neurodivergent and combines professional expertise with lived experience of neurodivergence, both personally and within their families.

Diagnostic assessments follow NICE guidance and DSM-5 criteria and use a multidisciplinary approach involving a minimum of three clinicians. Assessments look beyond diagnostic criteria to develop a detailed understanding of the individual, including masking, sensory differences, executive functioning, developmental history, relationships, education, employment and everyday functioning. Each report includes a full neurodevelopmental profile, functional assessment, and recommendations.
