ADHD women's specialist service - Specialist Support for ADHD Women
Seren Neurodiversity — Specialist Support for ADHD Women
You've spent years wondering why everything feels harder than it looks. You've pushed through, kept up appearances, and told yourself to try harder, and you're exhausted. If you're a woman with ADHD (diagnosed or not), you're not alone, and you're not broken.
Seren Neurodiversity offers specialist 1:1 support specifically for ADHD women who are struggling in work. Many women with ADHD reach adulthood without ever having had support that truly fits, because ADHD in women is still widely misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and underserved.
Emma Kearns, founder of Seren, is herself a late-identified ADHD woman with an MSc in Psychology and more than two decades of professional expertise in neurodiversity and employment. She understands this experience from the inside and brings that lived insight to every support relationship.
Support focuses on building practical, sustainable frameworks that work with your brain, not against it, covering focus, energy management, self-advocacy, workplace relationships, and more. No quick fixes. No one-size-fits-all advice.
No formal diagnosis is required. Support is available online or in person across the UK, and may be fundable through Access to Work.
Start with a free, no-obligation 30-minute conversation.
