Neurodivergent Arts CIC – Opportunities for Young People (18–24) and Adults 18+

We are a local Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Chandler’s Ford, supporting neurodivergent young people and adults and those with SEND to build confidence, wellbeing and pathways into employment.

Youth Employment Ready (YER) Programme

Starting September 2026

Our part-time Youth Employment Ready Programme supports young people aged 18–24 who are neurodivergent, have SEND, are on Universal Credit, or are finding it difficult to move into work.

The programme combines:

* Employment readiness and transferable skills
* Creative practice to support regulation and wellbeing
* One-to-one coaching
* A supported 4-week phased volunteer placement
* Ongoing support throughout the year

Neurodivergent Art Club

Our friendly, welcoming Art Club offers a safe space to explore creativity, build confidence, connect with others and develop wellbeing through creative practice. It is ideal for young adults who may not yet feel ready for employment or who would benefit from building confidence in a supportive environment before taking their next step.

Help Us Shape Future Support

We are also keen to hear from young people with SEND about what would help them take their next step towards employment, education or training.
