Dance & Exercise for people with learning disabilities.
Zumba, Hip Hop, Street dancing and exercise classes at Freemantle and Shirley Community Centre on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm
The cost of the session will be £3 p/w and you will need to wear comfortable Sports style clothing and bring a drink with you.
