One Community are an independent charity who provide a range of services to support individuals and groups in the community.
"We provide a personal assistant service to help you maintain, regain or grow your independence. Under this service, we can help you manage your home and access your community, with staff able to support you to visit the shops, library, bank, or other community spaces, support you with admin and paperwork, routine implementation and meal preparation, as well as anything else you may need. This service is 100% led by you, and may cover much more than this, depending on your interests and needs.
