Music for well-being

Contact

A fun participatory music making session for adults with learning disabilities. Playing instruments, singing, improvising, songwriting & recording.

Monday 11.00 am – 12.30 pm (at Coda Music Centre), Tuesday 11 am – 12.30 pm (at Coda Music Centre) and Thursday at 10.30 am – 12 pm (at Hordle Pavilion).

These sessions, run by music leader Stuart Jebbitt, are a fun and sociable opportunity to play a range of instruments, sing, write and record songs. Each session incorporates simple musical games and songs to encourage participation and includes plenty of opportunity to play and sing along with your favourite pop and rock songs, from Abba and Adele to Queen and Elvis. Songbeat has a range of instruments on hand and often set up a mini recording studio to capture the songs they write.
