Appletree provides highly trained members of staff to work with children and young people (Age 0-25) in their own homes and in the community. Appletree is run by a team of social care and health care professionals who have had extensive experience in the field of working with children and disability.
The delivery of care will encompass the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural and psychological needs of the service user.
The service can provide a range of support for children and young people who need:
