Hello, I’m Alison, a Neuroinclusive Counsellor providing tailored support to children (10+), adults, and those around them—offering counselling and mentoring to help foster greater understanding, connection, and wellbeing for neurodivergent individuals.
I’m Alison, a qualified and ethical counsellor, and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer counselling, mentoring, and personalised support sessions to children aged 10+, adults, and those who care for them.
Based in Basingstoke and Odiham, Hampshire, I provide face-to-face sessions locally, as well as online and telephone counselling to clients across the UK. I understand the importance of feeling safe and respected in a supportive relationship, and I work to create a space where you feel truly heard and understood.
My approach is neuroinclusive and rooted in the belief that difference should be accepted, affirmed, and supported. I offer tailored support for neurodivergent individuals, drawing on both personal insight and professional experience, and I adapt each session to meet your unique needs and goals—whether you're navigating specific challenges or simply seeking a space for reflection and growth.
